Prince of Peace is an assisted living care home. We are licensed by the state Department of Health. We provide assisted living services in a homely environment, which is highly preferable for our elderly parents as residents. Contact with Hospice Facilities
While Prince of Peace Homecare does not provide hospice services to our clients, we work closely with hospice facilities that will provide compassionate, individualized care for residents and their families. We will help our clients find a hospice facility that gives residents and their families with pain and symptom management as well as psychological and spiritual support so that our clients can have peace, comfort, and dignity.
Contact with Home Health Agencies
While Prince of Peace Homecare does not provide home health services to our clients, we work closely with home health agencies that will provide our clients with treatment, such as physical therapy, assistance with injections, and wound care. If you or your loved one require assistance in any of these areas, we are happy to facilitate contact between you and qualified healthcare professional.
Evaluating Our Care and Your Needs
We come to you and create a custom plan. The in-home caregiving team builds the care plan based upon the client and family’s needs and wants. The hours and days requested will be accommodated to meet your specific scheduling needs. We can even provide extra help with meal planning and preparation.
